#2 - Throw Out the Soda and Junk Food
Seems obvious enough, but too many people seem to think that if they workout enough, they can still cram junk food and other garbage into their bodies AND burn belly fat. It doesn't work like that. Why waste all of the effort of burning calories when continuing your bad habits will only slow you down?
Instead, drink plenty of water and limit yourself to a small portion of your favorite treat once per week. This way, you get a reward for all of the hard work you put in, thus keeping you on track to fast fat loss!
